Custody of funds in merger & acquisition operations
- Custody of premiums related to purchase option contracts for commercial establishments and/or companies.
- Receipt of funds from the buyer for payment of the purchase price, administrative and legal expenses, and commissions.
- Disbursement of funds to the seller, lawyers/notaries, and others involved in the transaction, depending on whether the conditions of the contract are met.
- Handling the disbursement of employee settlements, cancellation of liabilities, or others as required to complete the purchase transaction.
