It is a company duly constituted under the legislation of the Republic of Costa Rica, with the sole purpose of serving as an administrator of third-party funds.

The purpose of the company is to receive and manage movable or immovable property and all types of rights and/or resources of third parties under the figure of trust contracts, trusts and/or any other form of administration of property or resources, in accordance with the provisions of articles 521 et seq. and 633 et seq. of the Commercial Code, other civil and commercial laws in force and custom, as regulated in articles 15 paragraph d) and 15 Bis paragraph f) of LAW 7786 ON NARCOTIC DRUGS, PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES, DRUGS OF UNAUTHORIZED USE, RELATED ACTIVITIES, CAPITAL LEGITIMIZATION AND FINANCING OF TERRORISM . ”
